If you or someone you know has been the victim of a crime, you have come to the right place. The VictimConnect Resource Center is a referral helpline where crime victims and survivors can learn about their rights and options confidentially and compassionately.

If you want to talk to someone about your rights and options, you can:

  • Call the VictimConnect Resource Center to speak with someone in English or Spanish between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm ET. If you speak another language, a Victim Assistance Specialist can connect you with a translator in over 200 different languages. Our phone number is 855-484-2846.
  • Chat with a VictimConnect Victim Assistance Specialist on our online platform between the hours of 9:00m and 5:00pm ET.
  • Connect with another national hotline

The VictimConnect website has information and resources for victims and survivors of crime, their families, and support networks. You may want to:
